Owings Mills, Maryland - December 21, 2014: A franchise of The Athlete's foot is offering 50%-70% off of their entire inventory at Owings Mills Mall, located in Owings Mills, Maryland. The dying mall offers 1,080,000 sq ft of total retail floor area, but the majority of stores in the mall are vacant. Only 26 stores and two anchors -- JCPenney and Macy's -- remain. The mall's expansive parking lots are sparse, even though it's the Sunday before Christmas.
