The process of which he admitted during the the meeting made him "emotional."..Wilson College, a tiny, all-female liberal arts college near Chambersburg, PA, nearly closed down in 1979 and is in danger of going under in the next few years if big changes aren't made. On the table are going co-ed, moving somewhere else, among other possibilities. President Barbara Mistick created a commission to recommend ways of putting the college on a sustainable path. The 20-member commission (some in person, some via conference call) meets the Patterson Board Room in Laird Hall Tuesday, September 18, 2012 in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.
