Baltimore, Maryland - February 03, 2018: One day before the third Baltimore Ceasefire weekend, the rowhome housing the Tubman House was demolished, but the group's farm space remains. The group plans to convert the remaining basement space into a bio cellar. According to the Tubman House board members, the Sandtown Winchester neighborhood in Baltimore, where the group focuses their work, is the most incarcerated area in all of Maryland, with some of the highest concentrations of gun violence. It's also the neighborhood where Freddie Gray was arrested and in 2015.
