Carroll County Farm Museum hosted its 29th annual "Old Fashioned Fourth of July Celebration Monday July 4, 2005. Vendors offered food, fun and refreshments, while patriotic entertainment kept the campground's stage area bustling. Some of the museum's staff and volunteers, dressed in period garb, conducted 19th century demonstrations and gave tours of the Almshouse, where the impoverished and criminally insane stayed.
