The Event, "My Block My Hood Initiative's Neighborhood Clean Up" is part of the 72-hour Baltimore 'ceasefire' organized by activists and community groups.

In September of 2016, Jezell was shot in the foot while hula hooping at their previous home while running away from an altercation involving a gun. She thought she stepped on glass.
