Washington, D.C. - October 24, 2014: A concept model of the Wharf, a massive construction project underway in Southwest Washington D.C. is on site at the former Channel Inn, developer PN Hoffman's site headquarters.

Phase one of The Wharf construction is underway in the Southwest corridor of Washington D.C.'s waterfront area. Developer PN Hoffman is spearheading a massive $1.5 billion development project in the Southwest waterfront corridor of Washington D.C. called The Wharf. The three-phased project will eventually include 3.1 million square feet of new shops, offices, homes and hotel rooms.
