"Territorial Prince" is an honorary title originally given to Prince Arthur’s 6th Generation Grandfather, Lord Arthur Henry Nieves, who owned the original House of Homestead -- 16 acres of land in La Essana, Principality of Andorra. Andorra is a European microstate, landlocked between Spain and France; it's a monarchy run by two co-princes. Territorial Prince Arthur makes it clear that he is not a blue blood. His title has been passed down through his family for generations. He claims his home in Miami as the Diplomatic Residence of The House of Homestead.
