Laurel, Maryland - April 03, 2017: Charles "Chuckie Craig" was killed on a rainy night after being shot four-times in the back of his head at close range by Terrell Bush in the parking lot outside J's Sports Cafe -- now 5 Sisters Restaurant -- in the 12600 block of Laurel-Bowie Road, April 30th, 2005. Craig was 35. Bush fled to Georgia and was apprehend in 2006. He is currently serving life in prison plus 20 years in Cumberland, Md.


NBA Superstar Kevin Durant's jersey number "35" is a tribute to his rec. league coach and mentor Charles "Chuckie" Craig, who was gunned down in at a night club in Laurel, Md., in 2005 when he was 35 years old.
