Baltimore, Maryland - January 09, 2015: Newly elected Baltimore City State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby leads a press conference at her office January 9, 2015. Her first official order of business is indicting Episcopal Bishop Heather Cook, who backed in to and killed cyclist Thomas Palermo on Roland Ave. in Baltimore over the holidays. Cook, who had a DUI in 2010, is being charged with vehicular manslaughter, driving under the influence, and texting while driving. She also fled the scene after the incident, only to return 20 minutes later.
