The trees' limbs have been trimmed by Baltimore Gas and Electric only on the side which run in to power lines, leaving the trees, which reportedly sway in the wind, lopsided. The Boris's are worried that the lopsided trees will fall on their house one day. Mary Lou joined AARP Maryland's utility watchdog corps and in addition to combatting rate hikes, they're trying to make BGE take down the trees, claiming that the utility company's improper maintenance of the trees makes their removal BGE's responsibility.
