Frederick businessman Jim Racheff, 48, owner of DMS, inc. (Data Management Services), located at the National Cancer Institute in Frederick, Md., offers a retirement savings plan to his 80 employees, and was appointed by state legislative leaders to the Commission on Maryland Retirement Security and Savings, with the goal of building support for providing workers with an easy way to save for retirement.
