Chestertown, Maryland - November 17, 2015: Jacob Marberger was a member of the Washington College Phi Delta Theta fraternity chapter.

Washington College on Maryland's Eastern Shore is in shutdown as police search for sophomore Jacob Marberger they say is missing "despondent" and may be armed.

The small college was locked down Monday and Tuesday as officials looked for Marberger.
