Skeptics are unsure if the city can support what would be the third such area. The neighborhood is a mix of newly renovated buildings, both occupied and vacant, structures in need of work, and anchored by both the Hippodrome and Everyman Theaters. Parking garages and easy access to public transportation make the location good for commuters.
