Molossia

The Republic of Molossia's Chief Constable Alexis Baugh, 9, stands next to the stomp rocket used in one of the Molossian Ministry for Air and Space Exploration's exercises in the Helicopter Rock area of the nation. Any tourist who wishes to launch a rocket receives a certificate making them an honorary Molossian Space Cadet. The Space Program also launches fuel propelled rockets, but the dry desert conditions + rockets might create a fire. yikes!

This isn't the only leg of Molossian military open to non-citizens. People can attend the Molossian Naval Academy -- an online school. The higher the rank, the more intense the schooling. Unlike becoming a space cadet, rising the ranks in the Navy requires a fee.

Since citizenship is closed, President Baugh uses inclusion in the space program and the Naval Academy as a way to allow participation in his nation.
