Molossia

The Republic of Molossia's Chief Constable Alexis Baugh, 9, launches a stomp rocket used in one of the Molossian Ministry for Air and Space Exploration's exercises in the Helicopter Rock area of the nation. Any tourist who wishes to launch a rocket receives a certificate making them an honorary Molossian Space Cadet. The Space Program also launches fuel propelled rockets, but the dry desert conditions + rockets might create a fire. yikes!

This isn't the only leg of Molossian military open to non-citizens. People can attend the Molossian Naval Academy -- an online school. The higher the rank, the more intense the schooling. Unlike becoming a space cadet, rising the ranks in the Navy requires a fee.

Since citizenship is closed, President Baugh uses inclusion in the space program and the Naval Academy as a way to allow participation in his nation.

In case you were wondering… I'm totally a Space Cadet now.
