Catonsville, Maryland - August 10, 2021: Bill’s Music founder Bill Higgins stands with his wife Nancy and their kids Jamie Reese, Tracey Kern, and Brian Higgins at the family store Tuesday August 10, 2021. Bill officially retired in 2020 out of concern for his health and COVID-19, but he finds it hard to stay away from the store that has his face on it. His children have taken over day-to-day operations of the 56-year-old business.
