Washington, D.C. - June 15, 2019: After sipping their drinks Catherine, foreground, and Isabella Luhn, 10 and 8, will leave their parents at the Watergate Hotel’s Kingbird restaurant and embark on “The Scandal Scavenger Hunt,” in the hotel’s famous Scandal Suite, Saturday June 15, 2019. The suite is where burglars hired by former president Nixon spied on the Democratic National Convention’s offices. The idea is to let the children play detective while their parents enjoy a few minutes of adult time at the hotel’s Kingbird restaurant. For desert, the whole family gets free ice cream sundaes, reputed to have been the former presidents favorite dessert.
